Taking the pity out of disability
I use my social media presence to debunk outdated societal myths about disability and the ways ableism runs throughout myself and my life.
Let's work together!
My experience of growing up disabled and parenting a disabled child is a continual influence that runs through my work. With wit, passion, and lots of wheelchair selfies, my work explores the nuances of the disabled experience while contributing to the growing, diverse, and brilliant online disabled community.

Writing
We've got this: Essays by disabled parents
In We’ve Got This, I joined 29 other parents who identify as Deaf, disabled, neurodivergent, or chronically ill to discuss the highs and lows of our parenting journeys and show that the greatest obstacles lie in other people’s attitudes. The result is a moving, revelatory, and empowering anthology that celebrates the richness of disabled parenting in the twenty-first century.
